My wife and I shopped at Sears Canada both in-store and on-line very regularly. We ordered a patio set of chairs and a table which arrived in the winter and was put into storage.

About four months later I received a call at work from a collector demanding payment (just over $200) on my Sears account. We had forgotton about the set in storage and NEVER received a statement or invoice from Sears. No reminder or notification, just a call from a collector.

Sears Canada lost a very long term and loyal customer. It is unusual to not be contacted and we expect better.

Monetary Loss: $230.
