Who would still use sears for a oil change or anything. There a failing company and have been a mess for years. Go to a quick lube and you will be done in ten minutes you don’t even have to get out of your car

I was at Sears today and was ready for check out, the line was long as usual and I was on lunch break so i decided to go to the tools register department and Usman was the cashier to help me. I wanted to let you know that he was great and had a very positive attitude. Thanked me for my patience. All those times i’ve been to Sears he is the first and only one to say that.

i pay my credit card in sears adventura, the cashier in clothing section so rude, she did it to me twice. she even can't say good morning and thank you. she don't know how to treat her costumer, she is arrogant, no respet, why sears hired this kimd of people. o forgot to get name next time I'll get it.

Exactly, you clearly dealt with people who don't know what they're doing. Cash is gold- I could see them denying you if you tried to pay with credit cards or some other payment. They could have done the transaction for you, just probably didn't feel like it.

I went to sears at mall 8n town center kennesaw a couple days ago and I'll never go back. At check out I tell the cashier that i have coupons so he puts my reward points in which gave me $8 then tryed to scan coupon. He said he couldnt scan it because he scanned the rewards first he thought. I think he was just scanning it wrong. Well he voided the transaction to try it all again. He didnt even tell me thats what he did, i just saw him rescanning everything. I told him my concerns about losing my points now and he said they will still be there. So he rescanned everything snd put the 5 dollar coupon it which he had to ask again how to put in to find out he had to type it in then we couldn't put rewards back on. The lady behind him told me they couldn't put my points back on because he voided it that id have to wait a few days. I explained that i dont shop at sears often because it never the same anymore that i came to use them specifically to get the coupons along with credit so i could get a big discount. She said there was nothing they could do. So i told her i didnt want it. It was 60 dollars worth of clothes. I asked for a manager she said all managers were busy and she didnt know ehen they woukd be available. I waited 20 minutes no manager so i asked again same answer. Ill never go back. Wirst experience ever. Here i thought id give them another chance. While i was standing there waiting for the manager there was another lady at check out waiting to speak to manager too due to a price not coming up right and customer service argued with her. I heard the rep tell her that the managers was busy and that i was waiting too. Just wow. After that i wasnt gonna wait i left.

Waited too long at 3 registers, going from one to the other until I was finally able to have a cashier check me out. I normally go to Sears as a last ditch effort to get a particular item I couldn't find after going everywhere else. So when the cashier makes it a point to tell me how much the item is I almost lost it. I understand it's not on sale or there's no discount but I NEED it....that's WHY I'm there. No wonder they're in trouble....

I agree. I worked for sears for three and a half months and all management cares about is credit.

I would honestly just compare that store to a McDonalds job. My last day there was the longest ever. I will never refer anyone to them, that is looking for appliances.

Plus, Lowes is a better place to go by a long shot. There prices are low, they have free delivery and when you walk in, your not greeted by a commission hungry associate.

My fiancé is a cashier at the sears in santa fe and always complains about how one of her bosses treats her and is always trying to get her fired. Me and a friend went to Sears to pick her up after her shift and while we waited for my fiancé so we could buy a few things, i got to meet the manager she always talked about. the manager asked me and my friend to leave if we weren't purchasing anything, she somehow missed the cart full of items i had beside me. Her name is Nancy and she is rude and racist and i can't wait until my fiancé quits, she is too nice and hardworking to deal with that kind of treatment.

Sears in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota - Product in store but "not available"

I needed an attachment for my vacuum. Looked online and their website indicated that there were several in the store. When I went to the store to pick one up, there weren't any on the shelf. I asked the less than helpful cashier if there was another place they may be. "No" was the response. No response like "let me check"....just "No". I went back online, ordered it for store pickup, received a text in 5 minutes that the product was available. Went back and bought.

This is what I sent to Sears:I stopped by store #1027 needing to buy some batteries for my drill. On the shelf there were 3 boxes for a 2-pack Compact 19.2 Battery clearly marked for $39.99 (I have a picture and I can send to you, I have attached picture by now they had removed rest of the items). I proceeded to register and it ran up quite higher. I attempted to discuss with cashier as to the discrepancy. We both walked to the aisle and he confirmed that they were stocked and marked incorrectly. I asked that they honor the price and he declined. He then called the manager (Carlos) and they both stated that the best they could do was a 10% discount. They immediately moved and corrected the mismarked item. I hope that you can assist me somehow and remedy this issue as I am still in need of these items. We make many purchases at your store and want to continue to be one of your patrons. Instead of arguing with your employees ,I chose to use this method to communicate with your team. Thank You for your time.
