If Zero is applicable I would give zero for customer service. Just come to buy $2.250.00 in gift cards.

Got a cashier on tools department nAmed Luiz that walked around for over 15 minutes and not know what to do, finally the cashier besides him that had no customer decided to help! Guess what? Another 20 minutes dólar. I showed two forms of Id Four Times!

Manager or supervisor I am not sure because he never identified h self. Very rude, come again and invited me to come another day and another day for three consecutive visit to make my entire purchase. I am a customer since 2001, was going to pay on cash! Ridiculous customer service and terrible training stuff!!!


What is the point of offer a gift card to sell???? RIDICULOUS

Exactly, you clearly dealt with people who don't know what they're doing. Cash is gold- I could see them denying you if you tried to pay with credit cards or some other payment. They could have done the transaction for you, just probably didn't feel like it.
