We came from Virginia and we moved to a new house last weekend because SEARS confirmed our appliances on July 27.
So, stay inside a house with no refrigerator, dryer and washer for 5 days it is aceptable, but 15 days it’s a big “crash”, can you imagine it? And my husband need his medicine inside a refrigerator.
Here the number/informations:
July 18 – order 984024849 – delivery date – July 27 – 7am – 9pm
July 19 - we received an email from SEAR in July 19 saying that our payment was not accepted, because our move – new address
July 20 – we called SEARS and our Credit Card and everything was fixed, but the assistent from SEARS gave us a ne order number – 984186351, and corfirmed – our delivery date is the same – July 27 – 7am – 9 pm The order is in my name Zulmira Yuriditsky 28370 Bruning St Murrieta CA 92563 (703) 586-5287 We bought one mini refrigerator yesterday because we can't stay with no refrigerator.

We made an order on line in July 18, 2016 and SEARS told us: your delivery date is July 27, 2016 7am - 9pm. The day after we received an email from SEARS because our payment was not authorized, we change our address. So, the day after - July 20, we called SEARS and our credit card and everything was fixed. But SEARS gave us another order number and said: your delivery date will be the same - July 27 - 7am - 9pm. Today, July 27, we called SEARS to know about our delivery and they said that our delivery date is August 6!!!!!! We moved to a new house last weekend because SEARS said that they should delivery our appliances in July 27. My husband has medicine that needs refrigerator, we are buying ice every day. We think this is disrespectful.
We had to buy one little refrigerator to have our medicine save.
zubatista2015 wrote the review because of problem with delivery at Sears. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $500 and wants Sears to have the product delivered.
The most disappointing in user's experience was delivery experience. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
