My Mother is 85 years old.She is on a fixed income of $900.
per month. She contacted Sears in Longview Tx to inquire about kitchen cabinets. Sears sent a representative to her home a and convinced her to buy cabinets for $13,000. with payments of about $450.
per month. She realized that she could not afford it and immediately called and tried to cancel before installation. She was told that if she cancelled she would have to pay over $4,000.00.
Now she cant pay her basic bills and have to rely on her kids, all because of Sears underhanded predatory sales tactics.If there is a class action suit against Sears we would like to join it.

The most disappointing in user's experience was home delivery, poor customer service, service and delivery experience. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
