After placing 2 orders for the same product and not receiving either one, my advice is do not shop with them. Go to the store (Sears) or find another store, any other store.

My first order was returned to sender and I have not received my full refund and the second which was expedited never made it to my address. Shipper was UPS and I have never had a problem receiving merchandise thru them. I am still waiting on a refund from sears.com for both orders.

My only silver lining is I used my AMEX and they are now handling the problem. DO NOT ORDER FROM SEARS.COM

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $160.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
