While browsing washing machines online a pop-up offered to help my search. I stupidly gave them my credit card info and they placed an order without my authorization.

I asked them to cancel the order 4 times (I have a copy of the online transcript proving this.) They cancelled the order, the machine was never delivered, my credit card was charged $608. It's been 14 days of phone calls and my credit card still hasn't been credited by Sears. They put you on hold for long periods, make promises, but do not deliver. Remember, I never placed an order to begin with.

If anyone wants to originate a class action lawsuit I will gladly participate. No wonder American department stores are failing.
