After about 12 phone calls I finally just cancelled my order. Sears customer service is absolutely horrible when you can understand them there's nothing worse than talking to someone in customer service that doesnt speak English very well. My order was sitting at the warehouse and was supposed to be delivered in 2 to 3 business days and they bumped it a month out so there for my order is now cancelled
