I bought a GAS oven from SEARS.COM they sent an electric...when I called to correct the problem,they agreed to the change then billed me an additional 180.94 on top of the original 365.14..they said they 'd deliver the new oven and pick up the wrong one on the 20th..I took the day off ,and at the end of the day ...SEARS called to "schedule" my delivery for the next 2 weeks !!! I refused told them to come get the electric and just refund my money. they said "no one was available" so I took their *** oven to rhe clsest sears...since then SEARS has refunded the original price but refuses to refund the 2nd payment of 180.94...no matter how many calls I make they just put me on hold til my phone dies.

Monetary Loss: $545.
