Same issue ordered boots as a surprise for husband online and paid for express 2 today's shipping. I called back to cancel because boots never arrived and was told no worries given a case number and credited for shipping cost.

That my card would credit bck amount soon. It was never credited and I do not have boots , it's been returned to sender like 2weeks ago no one from Sears knows anything .....I need issue resloved and my sears card credited per online order 973576555
