Sears - Package mailed to a different address

I placed an online order and paid through PayPal, the address was correct referenced by Pay Pal but Kmart/Sears sent a confirmation with a different address, I called Riley said it did not ship so she would correct, the next email said it shipped, and still the wrong address, I call & she wants me to call UPS and change the address, I cancel order and still no cancel number, yet my card is charged.

After a month of trying to explain to the customer service that the seller is bogus. Posed as company in different state, item shipped from a residence, not the business they're claiming. All I've gotten are hallf assed attempts at handling this. The actual company doesn't sell either of the two products. Was supposed to be a pre-assembled moldex mask, yet got this.
