DO NOT order from sears.com! They sent me the wrong item, charged me 2X what the sale tag was marked, called me a liar stating I didn't request gift receipts (when I did, because I had to check the box 3 times for each 3 items ordered) and wouldn't send gift receipts because it had to be done during checkout process online.

Spread the word! Horrible customer service!

Should've ordered from Walmart.com! NEVER AGAIN

Don't even try calling the .com number either! You'll get the run around from a robot asking you way too many questions before you can talk to a real human.

I looked *** yelling at the phone "SPEAK TO PERSON" about 20 times. They say it's to help find someone to talk to but I don't think so.
