I have been loyally shopping at sears for the last 10 years.After Christmas I tried to take back a gift I recieved and they told me I needed a receipt to get store credit.
It could t have cost more than $10. The same day I returned things to Walmart, target, and Home Depot with no receipt and had zero issues. My target item was over $100 and I had no trouble.
This has been another disappointing experience with sears.I will no longer be customer of sears after this experience.
