I just purchased a refrigerator from Sears, which I haven't actually used yet. I needed a special color, so I ordered it by phone, after looking at the same model in store..

I needed to find out if it had arrived, since I wasn't notified. My issue is with the computerized phone system. I couldn't reach my local store for the life of me. I spent much time on the phone trying.

I did get the chance to visit with a couple people who are obviously not from America. I was becoming increasingly frustrated, when I finally reached a young woman named Panjanika, who was cheerful, English speaking, and knowledgeable. She got me the information. I spent much valuable time on the phone, when a simple call to my local store should have been quickly accomplished.

What a nightmare system!!!! Cudos to Panjanika?

She may never see this, but she saved my sanity that morning. Hope the fridge is better than the phone system.
