My floor was damaged when a refrigerator was delivered in March. I filed a claim and somehow the delivery team found out so one of the guys called me threatening me that I shouldn't file a claim and that things could get ugly in court.
I called XPO to let them know about the guy who called and that didn't seem to matter.
I've been told 3 times that they'd send me a settlement check and till this day I haven't received anything. They never answer or return my calls.
