I purchased a tea kettle as a gift for a friend he open it after the 30 days was up an realized that it was broken. i asked for at least a even exchange an was told by the store an the customer service when i called the same story about the 30 day policy i feel this is unfair an unjust i have purchased many products from Sears as well as Kmart i feel they should given me at least an exchange. I am very disappointed in your company an will no longer be making any purchase if this is not resolved.
