In the summer of 2014 I had my furniture and rugs cleaned.My kitchen floor ceramic tile cleaned, vents cleaned and was sold a blue light to reduce the amount of mold in my basement.

Recently I had water in my basement and all receipts were lost.

I called Sears and spoke to approx 10 people, transferred to wrong numbers and still no one can provide me with this needed information .I find this very unbelievable .

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of sears customer care. Sears needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
