Argh, called today to schedule our annual service call for our washer and dryer.Was told our agreement expired yesterday and after 4 repeat calls because I kept getting cut off I was told the only way they could schedule a service call was if I renewed.
They wouldn't honor the 1 day lapse despite us being Sears/Kenmore customers for years and years!
They never even sent a reminder notice to let us know our contract was about to expire.I can't believe this
