At last, a long weekend and a number of rants about all the issues related to getting the correct Dryer. Dryer 3 Are You Kidding? This may be on the way to being resolved.

I sent yet another email to yet another address,

this time to CustomerRelations@searshc.com. I got a call back from a very real woman who indeed was able to look into the matter and provide some convincing support for placing a third dryer order through Sears.

Give's a gal a little hope.
