I purchased a gas slide in range from SEARS (very exspensive). It arrived in two days, great. All the parts were not included. After spending 1hr and 40 mins on the phone with customer service I was told the part would take 10 days to ship. They took away my old range and left me with nothing to cook on for my family of 6 for 10 days. The worst customer service ever.
No one cared about my complaint they justed follwed the compy script. I amd and not going to take it anymore!
