I now can see why Sears is closing so many stores. They have the worst customer service.

I recently purchased a four piece patio set. After putting the darned thing together, I realized that some pieces of the patio table were missing. I contacted Sears who in turned told me that I would have to return the entire set, which meant disassembling the set, putting everything back in the box, *** from work (again) and wait for the delivery truck to pick it up. Instead of simply sending a replacement table they wanted me to jump through hoops.

This is so unacceptable! I will NEVER purchase anything else from Sears!

I don't understand why anybody would buy anything from sears. They are going out of business and you will be out you warranty coverage on your purchases.

Lambert said sears has more than enough customers, they loose billions every year and close stores monthly. Eddy I'm not sure were you received your business degree but please share it with us.

A child could run sears holdings better than you. Rochester NY
