I now can see why Sears is closing so many stores. They have the worst customer service.
I recently purchased a four piece patio set. After putting the darned thing together, I realized that some pieces of the patio table were missing. I contacted Sears who in turned told me that I would have to return the entire set, which meant disassembling the set, putting everything back in the box, *** from work (again) and wait for the delivery truck to pick it up. Instead of simply sending a replacement table they wanted me to jump through hoops.
This is so unacceptable! I will NEVER purchase anything else from Sears!
