Basically Sears shipped a item i purchased on Dec. 4 2010 to a wrong address they agreed they made the error and placed the wrong tracking number on box.

Now it is Dec. 23 2010 and they will not ship it to me overnight so i can give my brother his christmas present. I have spoken to 10 diff. people and nobody will let me speak to a manager or anyone higher up.

They have wasted my time and energy for nothing. They basically dont care for the consumer and will not budge on anything. I live 20 miles from 3 Sears stores and they would not even allow me to pick up item there. After 4 days of dealing with them and never speaking to a manager my brother is not going to have a present.

They had plenty of time to resolve issue an chose not to. They took my money and now it is up to them when i rec.

my purchase. I will never again buy from Sears or any of their other businesses.

Monetary Loss: $100.
