Unbelievably bad customer service.

I swear this is true. I called them again today, after the last guy botched everything. Today I spoke with Thomas, in Central Pine, Texas. Employee ID 15145. When he answered the phone, I heard him say "Sears customer service, how may I resist you?". Then I heard the phone being shuffled, and he said "Sears customer service, how can I help you?" He must have thought he was off the microphone when he first answered.

And resist me he did. Unbelievable.

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Sears. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Sears to offer any options to resolve the issue.
