sears delivered frig and broke several large tree limbs. they delivered and frig with bowed door and incorrectly painted(you can see black).

i called store several times and was told by john dekker, salesman i was sarcastic. i told him to pu frig. this was after he gave me several numbers to call, each one produced no results. i talked to store manager and he said sorry this happened.

tell the trees. i posted compantaint to sears.com and they said they would have store manager contact me, he did not. today they called at 7:54am on sunday to confirm they were picking of frig. woke me up.

i called customer service to make sure tthey did not use driveway and damage more trees and aske about previous damage. they said they would have someone call back. they have not.

i bought a frig at lowes, they parked in road, they delivered a bigger frig and it is perfect. i saved 340.00 and this frig has a higher customer rating.

Monetary Loss: $1200.

Wether it's the store, online, delivery, credit or customer service they are all completely different things and departments at Sears. To say the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing is an understatement
