Clicked "delivery & installation" when ordering new wall oven. However, wall ovens (even the site is all set with gas and electrical hookups) cannot be installed when delivered.

When I called to set up installation after delivery occurred, was told it would be an additional $189. After two hours on the phone, and being transferred to 11 different people, was told I could pay the $189 and be credited for the "installation" part of "delivery and installation" ONLY if I paif the $189 for installation. I refused and DEBBIE HUNG UP ON ME The point is: NO WHERE during the order process was it disclosed installation would be an additional $189. Not until after the appliance was delivered and signed for could installation be scheduled.

I have aksed that I be credited for the "delivery and installation" since this is deceptive, misleading, and fraudelent. I have not gotten a response yet.

Monetary Loss: $1081.
