I ordered a mattress from Sears that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday March 21st. I was moving into a new place and was told to be there between 7am and 5pm.

I got a call at 11am to say that it would delayed. I waited until 8:30pm, spoke to 10 different useless customer service reps and found out only at 8:30 that it would not be coming! They lost the mattress, had to re-order one and now I've had to wait a week to get it (should come this Saturday....I will believe it when I see it). I have been sleeping on the floor for a week!

How can you possibly run such an incompetent delivery service when you are such a huge company!??

I have now spoken to probably a total of 15 different people all with different answers but really never giving me an answer.

My back is sore, I am cranky and completely fed up. I too will NEVER step foot in a Sears again and would recomment the same.
