Details
Ordered a refrigerator with a promised delivery date. Sent an email telling me my product delivery was on hold for customer verification. That process sent me into their customer service black hole with 45 Minutes on the phone unable to get my order canceled because they were not Going to even come close to the promised delivery date. I have still not been able to cancel my order on hold as I write this now approaching an hour.

Sears - Delivery problems and lies

I was supposed to have a delivery made to my home today. and the delivery person showed up on a different time slot that what was told to me. and then I got the runaround from several representative from Indonesia to hear it Nassau County. I am very frustrated I'm having heart palpitations and it messed up with my hole plans that I had with my family for the rest of the week because now I have to wait for a new delivery slide. they are incompetent unofficial and I will never use Sears again or recommend them to any of my Distributors that I work with.

My sister bought a refrigerator. On the delivery date, the refrigerator arrives but the delivery guy refused to install it because we had copper tubing. He told her that it would need to go into the garage until the copper tubing was replaced and that the new delivery guys would bring it in and take the old one away. Didn't happen!!!!! The new delivery guys said that only had a minute to remove the old one and couldn't install the new one! Then they left without doing anything! A call to the help line said that it would take 48hrs. to reschedule Sears sucks!!!!! never buy from sears!!!!!

I was told my delivery would be on 8/31/19 when i completed my order, then found out on the app that it was scheduled for 9/3/19. And the customer service is advertised as 24/7 but when i called i was told by the computer voice that they were closed and to try another time. Now we are without a fridge the whole *** weekend and it screws up our prior plans for the holiday because we have no food for our children or guests coming for the holiday. We are very unhappy about the situation and it was unprofessional to change it without notice.

Waiting on phone for over 30 minutes+ to speak with someone! They must have only one person working customer service( WHAT A JOKE!). Received damaged item- both Sears and UPS responsible for damage. POOR PACKAGING, labeling,and HANDLING!!! UPS MUST HAVED DROPPED,TOSSED,WHATEVER THIS ITEM. Maybe they thought it was a drop shipment--literally! Customer service said to repackage and return. PACKING DESTROYED! I waited 9 days to receive. Will have to wait more. No compensation,no anything. Item weighs 105#. You think both parties would be aware of that! NOT AVAILABLE IN STORES!!
