We bought a lawn mower online and was asked if we wanted to upgrade the delivery date which we did it with a extra charge.The delivery was scheduled for Saturday and confirmed with a two hour window on Friday night.

A few hours overdue I called customer service, got a new delivery date of Monday. After being told to call two different numbers I finally was able to talk to a supervisor who informed me the delay was due to sears having to put the item together. No reason was give why they didn't do that on Friday. We were not informed of the delay until we called.

At 6:17pm Saturday we received a email stating the delivery date and time was that morning . This is BS.

After being a loyal customer of sears since 1973 we will not purchase anything else from them again.Their staff are very unprofessional and their appliance quality has been unsatisfactory for a number of years.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss bad quality of sears delivery service. Sears needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
