On Nov 24, 2016 I ordered an electric fry pan one day sale item from With free delivery.

It's now Dec 12, 2016 and they can not find it. When you call the customer service is in the Phillapines the lady I talked to did not know what an electric fry pan is. I bought on sale for 29.99 but to get the same fry pan now I would have to pay 59.99. What a rip off.

I have always shopped sears.

For 25 years I have been a customer. Not anymore sears is not a customer friendly store.
