Worst customer service ever!They don't understand English!
Ordered a box spring the delivery guys couldn't fit it up the stairs left it on the stairs damaged. Called customer service 4 times to get them to pick up and orders a spit box spring so that means 2 pieces! I get one piece and no record of me ever ordering . On the phone with another non English comprehender who can not understand my issue.
Still on.He phone after 30 minutes waiting!
