I ordered a necklace on may 6th of this year. I received a message that it would be in the following tuesday.
I waited until the following friday to check at the store. The jewelry deparment sent me upstairs to receiving. Their response was "Did they email you that it was in". No message, no email.
I will NEVER order or shop in this store again.
That includes KMart as well. Too bad retired people have to go through something like this.
This person wrote the review because of order processing issue at Sears. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Sears to read this review and look into the issue (if any).
