I was suppose to have a stove delivered today Wednesday Nov9,2016
Last night they called 2xs with 10:30 am. -12:30 delivery window. At 10:40 the driver called said he'd be here in 30 minutes at 12:30 no one showed I called delivery she put me on hold and hung up on me Fusterated I called back same voice different name why do u want a supervisor. I explained again ring ring n dead phone. I called appliance department spoke to salesman he called me back that their on their way this is now 2:00 in the mean time Sears an American lady calls n says the truck broke down they can deliver Friday or Saturday
I can't take another day off from work she says that's all we have so I took Saturday
Called the salesman back n told him nope their not coming he says yes they told me no no no.. unreal. Why did the driver call n say he'd be here in 30 but no one could call and say truck broke down???? I'm done with Sears
Two weeks ago my carpets were to be cleaned moved all the furniture waited they never called or showed them one calls n says it's been changed what??? I have R/A and in pain
Never Sears again never. And no compensation for all the lying
This reviewer shared experience about "liars" and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with Sears. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
