sears has the worst customer service and delivery issues.1st they didnt delivery my $300 trampoline and didnt call to say that i could leave because iy wasnt coming.When they finally brought it a week and a half late they told me that they dont put them together so i ssked what was the purpose of the 80 fee when i could drove to the store to get it of course there isnt anything that they could i finally found someone to put it together last night and it appeared to be missing something i bought it under a ptomotion where you get free stairs i didnt get any stairs so i called and they said that i would had to add the stairs separate bit when i put the trampoline in the cart it said w stairs they told me to take it down 120lb 12ft. And return it and rebuy it with the stairs im telking everybody i know how much they suck.I shopped with them at least monthly i will never buy or go into another not even to enter a mall
