The television promised for delivery last Wednesday didn't arrive. Now I'm told (after hours of trying to get through to someone who could verify my order) because the sales assistant screwed up in putting the order through I have to wait another 5 days for delivery.
When Sears screws up it should expedite shipment - dreadful service. I'm going to the store now - Rego in Queens - to complain again!
