Not resolved

I ordered a $9K, Jenn Air, built in frig., paid in full 9/2014. Was suppose to be delivered 9/18/2014.

No delivery, four voice mail messages in last two days. No one answers the phone. This was the Grass Valley, Ca. store.

I had to call Sac. To find out my delivery was rescheduled for two weeks later. Just awful customer service.

Left a detailed message with their corporate office in San Francisco. No return phone from them either.
