I bought a fridge/freezer from sears outlet store.It w's delivered on Xmas eve in damaged condition, and the delivery people who were supposed to remove the old one and install the new one told us they didn't have time scheduled for that,(when I paid for that service) and left the unit in my dining rm.

where it sat.

unable to come to a satisfactory fix I told them I wanted my money back.The movers just came and took it away and damaged it further in process (badly) this is the short version of events needles to say I am extremely upset with my experience
