We had to buy an A/C unit last year and went with Sears. Ever since we signed the papers it's been one headache after another!!

The sales man totally did not deliver on anything!! The credit part was totally messed up with wrong account numbers everytime we called. We were promised a warranty that apparantly doesn't exsist, haven't recieved our Manual that states what warranty we were supposed to have in the first place. Now that we actally need them, now they tell us our warranty expired two weeks ago!!

I spoke to six people on the phone that had no idea where our warranty was. We got nothing but oops, I'm sorry!!
