This is the original post I posted more than a month back. The media person who replied to this post asked me to email her to help resolve my issue. I emailed her as instructed and never got a reply back. This is the 2nd example of their bad customer service.
First example is the situation I am going through and how much they do not care about the customers. As instructed I have emailed Their CORPORATE people 3 times now, but I have not heard back. I am sick of calling their "ONLINE SOLUTIONS" over and over again and get no help at all.
Last time I called them was a week ago, where they very frankly and rudely said they will not be able to help me and I just need to wait for the reply from CORPORATE who has not replied my 3 emails.
