I recently bought a garden tractor from Sears, with a 5 year maintenance agreement and warranty.
Already, the machine will not run. It is not a gasoline problem. It starts, runs about 10 minutes, then dies and will not restart.
When I call "customer service" they tell me I have to wait 35-40 days before anyone can honor the maintenance agreement and check it for me.
I was a sucker for dealing with Sears. I had no idea they had such lousy service. Please do not make the mistake I made; avoid Sears, I will never deal with them again.
