purchased 1200.00 fridge 4 years ago, stainless steel bottom mount, Kenmore, because I always believed sears backs their products
compressor went on it and sears wont replace compressor because I dont have receipt anymore
total shock at the poor service, complained to bbb, they just sent emails back and forth and sears said cant do it without receipt, case closed
i was willing to pay for the service call and the labour costs, all I want is for sears to step and replace the compressor, the repair guy they sent even said he has had to replace alot of that model because they are bad,sears stopped using that model.
I mentioned this to sears and they dont believe the repairman told me that, unbelieveable,
