Sears needs to stop stealing money from their customers

Ordered some Craftsman tools online, on a Friday night, by Monday morning I had two charged for the same amount ($92.93). Waited until Wednesday to make sure it was just not just a hold.

Charge showed up as a completed transaction on Wednesday. Called Sears and they said they did not double charge me for the same order, but my bank account says otherwise. Called my bank and told them the situation, filed a complaint, which my bank denied. I do not even think my bank called Sears to verify the double charge.

Called Sears again no help. Called bank again starting to get the run-a-round from both my bank and Sears.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $93.

Preferred solution: I want my $93.92 dollars back from the double charge.

I didn't like: Generally very poor customer service, Lack of empathy to resolve.
