I can't believe the run-around my 86 year old mother has gotten on her new kitchen durable products. A fridge- broke three times, dishwasher- broke one time with a blown up board, and stove top - broke one time with cracked glass.
Each service intervention has been a multi-month event. Poor reliability of products, poor service, poor dissemination of information, poor planning, and extremely poor outcomes. Talking to the Sears rep today (a Sears "manager") he indicated a two to four week resolution time was very acceptable! NEVER again will I ever consider a durable item that comes from Sears.
What a huge disappointment in what was once an American icon for business success. Now, they can't close the doors quick enough!
Good luck Sears. Soon you all will be out in the parking lot kicking rock around wondering what happened to your jobs!
