it took 3 months to get my $965.00 glasses from Sears. No one at their "lab" could find out where or when they would be ready, finally found out the frames were on backorder but no one knew it!
then after receiving them they were scratched. The Company Distric Mgr. offered my money back and $50.00 in gift cards. I asked for a letter of apology and that is whe she said I did not offer you that - you pick one or the other!
but you need to return the glasses if you want the refund - I could have stopped the order at any time - heck I wanted my glasses.
They had my money for 3 months!
still pissed off! will not buy from Sears again...
