Had a new garage door installed, I had already paid for the install. The installer charged me an extra $100 for making adjustments to the rail that was part of the install.

I called to complain and was routed to 3 different numbers and no one would take my complaint.

So finally out of frustration I asked for them to take it back and refund me my money. Now waiting on them to schedule a time to uninstall the opener.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

I didn't like: Customer service or installation service.
