Had a new garage door installed, I had already paid for the install. The installer charged me an extra $100 for making adjustments to the rail that was part of the install.

I called to complain and was routed to 3 different numbers and no one would take my complaint.

So finally out of frustration I asked for them to take it back and refund me my money. Now waiting on them to schedule a time to uninstall the opener.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of customer service or installation service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss pricing issue of craftsman garage door opener. Sears needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
