Bought brand new appliances. Fridge stove and dishwasher.the delivery guys took the boxes, but there were no screws for the handles on the fridge, filled out paperworks and they would be couriers over.
Nothing happened. Called Sears got put over to parts and repairs wanted me to pay for screws. What? Don't they come with the fridge to put handles on?
So called store where I purchased. Very rude and was told just go to local handyman store and get some. It might seem petty to some, but after spending over 2000 dollars on product a 5 dollars bag of screws should be included to put handles on. Never did get anywhere.
After contacting head office. Three emails later got a sorry.
But the most annoying thing is later you get the call about warranty. Why would I give you more money after the treatment I received.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1000.
Preferred solution: What about common courteously and emotional humiliation .
