I purchased Kenmore elite everything for my kitchen last june 2016, july 5, 2017 the fridge breaks down..sears tells me they will sent someone out to fix it 3 weeks after the FACT..
but heres the kicker, the person doesn't show up, doesn't call, NOTHING... NOT I CALL, OK YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE THIS FRIDAY, BEWTEEN 8 AND 1..
THE NEXT DAY MY WIFE GET AN MESSAGE FROM SEARS SAYING, THE APPOINTMNET IS FOIR THE FOLLOWING MONDAY, ALMOST AN MONTH WITHOUT AN FRIDGE, MY FAMILY KIDS AND ALL, EATING OUT EVERY NIGHT, AND STORING WHAT FOOD WE CAN IN AN COOLER IN MY BACKYARD...I WOULDNT BUY TISSUE FROM YOUR STORE
