I cancelled a mattress order January 7th an hour after I placed the order online.Sears still charged me $559 and it is Jan 27th and I still have not been refunded the money.
I have called at least 8 times about this and have gotten different stories each time I have called. I've been guaranteed my money would be refunded, told I would receive emails within 72 hours and haven't. Each time I call customer service and ask to speak with supervisors, I am denied.
I have asked to speak with their refund department but am also denied.I'm not sure what to do to get my money back.
