I ordered an item on line. It was suppose to be in the store but after I ordered it they said it wasn't.

I went to cancel the order but no one could help. A supervisor was suppose to get on the phone but after 20 minutes they just hung up on me I called back and after another 15 minutes a supervisor in on line solution Pamela said systems were down but she would call me once it was resolved.

Of course she didn't and no way to get back to her as they won't you give their extensions. I emailed and the *** who responded said it would be in the store She doesn't seem to understand the word cancel either.
