Just got off the phone with Sears Home Delivery.Total of an hour and a half of my wasted time, spoke with 9, yes, NINE customer service representatives: Alex (male), Ishbell, Kimberly, Colleen, Alex (female), Danny, Jessie, and Deborah (the most helpful as she was the last).

NEVER got in touch with a supervisor although I asked six agents to connect me. Got disconnected TWICE. All I am trying to do is understand why a patio set I purchased on June 6th, to be delivered on June 18th, has not been delivered yet!!! Then Deborah tells me it is out of stock.

NEVER was told that by Sears. TERRIBLE. Will NEVER order from them again. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Not worth the aggravation.

I was on phone 45 minutes with Sears delivery because a refrigerator I received was damage They were going to issue refund for the second time , be cause they did not get it right the first time .

Also , hard to understand when they talk .

Obviously not from the U S ..

They could not issue a reference # or e-mail of conversation so you dont have any proof of call.

Hard to believe Sears SUB-CONTRACTS and consumers have to deal with them .

I purchased a dryer online Sunday, having Sears deliver a new dryer for me on Tuesday.They were prompt on the delivery - I could track the status of the delivery right on the website.

The delivery guys were awesome.

They installed the dryer and agreed to take away the old one, even though I had not purchased that option.

I'm very pleased with their service - start to finish.

Sears didn't honor my manufacturer warranty, I bought a glass cooktop and the glass top melted. They said I should,'t cook on high heat.

If you can't cook on a cooktop what do you do with it?


I agree . Having same issues with range , dish washer,hood. Home depot is much better.

Got my stuff only trouble did not have proper size vent hose was advised to return the one they brought with no stickers on to store purchased at. Only a 1 hour drive took back another person was returning a item from there delivery service also.

Go to Lowes are Home Depot instead.

Hope Depot uses the same delivery service so I wouldn't advise that.


The same standard of quality and customer service that you've grown accustomed to from Kmart can now be found at your friendly neighborhood Sears because Kmart owns Sears now. I worked there before and after the purchase of Sears by Kmart and quit shortly after for obvious reasons.


I ordered an apartment size refrigerator on Dec 14 with a delivery date Jan 20 (I picked a date later than first available to make it on a Friday). I just found out tonight (on my own, looking up my order to just check on it) that it has been rescheduled a MONTH later than that.

I ordered Dec 14 to deliver Jan 20. Now it's rescheduled Feb 18.

What the living heck?! The site says it's in stock. And as of tonight, the first delivery date is Feb 18. Does this mean someone buying tonight can have the same delivery date as me, and I ordered a month before them?

Had a delivery window of Noon-2pm. 3:30pm rolls by and call to find out they won't be bringing my new washer till the next day. Took off time from work for this delivery!
