Sears home service warranty I purchased a Samsung range from Sears at the Ohio Valley Mall and I also purchased the three-year warranty on November 18, 2015 and I started calling August 2016 for the same problem my range oven door will not close I have to use a chair against my oven door to bake/ I started calling again with my last same problem on October 18, 2017 I keep on getting a phone call to reschedule / and every time I call back they tell me that they do not know when the part will be coming in now they rescheduled me for the 10th time for December 20 / once again a holiday is coming around and I'll have to put a chair up against my new oven so my guest can see this/ very disgusted called complaints at the Ohio Valley Mall and also called on the phone to the warranty company I'm very upset Can somebody please please please help me

My problem has been resolved with my range when I posted my complaint on December 6, 2017 I received a phone call the next day it took a little time for them to resolve but I did get it resolved and I'm very pleased


I can tell you I don't think I could buy another appliance at Sears or a warranty, based on this review. I know this person and what she is saying is absolutely the truth! I told her next step call Better Business Bureau!!!
